Service Description

Cardio kickboxing is a group or individual fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. Gloves and wraps will be provided for your 1st session only. What too bring: Attire: - Work out attire is required. Ex. T-shirt, Shorts, sweat pants, tennis shoes. No vulgar or offensive lettering of any kind. - Water Bottle w/ water - Play List (Work out to your own playlist. We are all adults but try to watch the vulgar language). You will be fitted for boxing gloves and wraps in the 1st session.
