Seminar Description

Maryland State Board Certification for Cosmetology — This is a professional practice to prepare the Cosmetologist for board certification and re-certification. The Professional must be a graduate of an accredited institution noted by Maryland Higher Education and the National Accredited Commission of Cosmetology Arts and Science. The seminar's focus is attaining state licensing. (1 day - 3 hours)

Note: Please call the State Board and bring required tools and equipment that are needed to take the test.

Registration Agreement

I understand that this seminar is for continuing education only in order to enhance my skills in the field of cosmetology and/or barbering and its related fields. This means that I have already been licensed by the state or have completed the necessary training that is required by the state in order to obtain a license.

I understand that the seminar must be paid in full fourteen (14) calendar days before the start of class. If I should cancel, I understand that the registration fee is non-refundable. If the cancellation is less than 14 calendar days I will receive a refund of 50% of the seminar cost, and if less than 7 days the seminar fee in its entirety will be forfeited.

I understand that the seminar must be finished in its entirety in order to receive a certificate of completion. This means that if any classes are missed, I must complete them. If this is necessary, I will be required to pay 25% of the total cost of the seminar for each class missed.

I understand that I will be required to furnish certain materials that are needed for the seminar and a list will be provided.

I understand this seminar is 1 day long and will begin on TBA and end on TBA from 6-10pm for a total of 4 hours.
