Seminar Description

Skin Care — This seminar will outline the following information: successful aesthetics image, positive human relations with clients, career/business opportunities, sterilization and sanitation, equipment, functioning of the skin and treatment therapies. (4 days - 16 hours)

Seminar kit ($155) contains: stainless steel bowl, compressed sponges, terry cloth head bands, mask brush, spatulas, antiseptic wipes, beauty brush, mirror, facial cloths, cleansing milk, toner/astringent, cleansing wash, treatment cream, facial exfoliant, masks, treatment oil, aromatherapy serum, skin-care canvas bag.

Registration Agreement

I understand that this seminar is for continuing education only in order to enhance my skills in the field of cosmetology and/or barbering and its related fields. This means that I have already been licensed by the state or have completed the necessary training that is required by the state in order to obtain a license.

I understand that the seminar must be paid in full fourteen (14) calendar days before the start of class. If I should cancel, I understand that the registration fee is non-refundable. If the cancellation is less than 14 calendar days I will receive a refund of 50% of the seminar cost, and if less than 7 days the seminar fee in its entirety will be forfeited.

I understand that the seminar must be finished in its entirety in order to receive a certificate of completion. This means that if any classes are missed, I must complete them. If this is necessary, I will be required to pay 25% of the total cost of the seminar for each class missed.

I understand that I will be required to furnish certain materials that are needed for the seminar and a list will be provided.

I understand this seminar is 4 days long (occurring on Mondays and Tuesdays), beginning on November 12, 2007 and ending on November 20, 2007 from 6-10pm for a total of 16 hours.
