Seminar Description

Holistic Make-up — The Cosmetology Professional will be able to demonstrate the theory of Holistic Make-up Enhancement. The focus is on how a daily regiment of exercise, hygiene, sterilization/sanitation, water and nutrition blended with the practical application of day-to-evening make-up can enhance the overall appearance. (4 days - 16 hours)

Seminar equipment and supplies: 2 eye shadows, 1 foundation, 2 large sponges, brushes, acrylic paints, concealers, blush, 1 eyebrow pencil, 1 lip gloss, eyeliner (optional), blush, foundations, powders, and moisturizers.

Registration Agreement

I understand that this seminar is for continuing education only in order to enhance my skills in the field of cosmetology and/or barbering and its related fields. This means that I have already been licensed by the state or have completed the necessary training that is required by the state in order to obtain a license.

I understand that the seminar must be paid in full fourteen (14) calendar days before the start of class. If I should cancel, I understand that the registration fee is non-refundable. If the cancellation is less than 14 calendar days I will receive a refund of 50% of the seminar cost, and if less than 7 days the seminar fee in its entirety will be forfeited.

I understand that the seminar must be finished in its entirety in order to receive a certificate of completion. This means that if any classes are missed, I must complete them. If this is necessary, I will be required to pay 25% of the total cost of the seminar for each class missed.

I understand that I will be required to furnish certain materials that are needed for the seminar and a list will be provided.

I understand this seminar is 4 days long (occurring on Mondays and Tuesdays), beginning on October 15, 2007 and ending on October 23, 2007 from 6-10pm for a total of 16 hours.
