Seminar Description

Basic Bookkeeping and Taxes — The seminar's objective is to prepare industry professionals in maintaining accounts payable and receivable according to state law. This seminar will focus on general bookkeeping procedures. (3 days - 12 hours)

Seminar equipment and supplies: 1 ruled notebook, 1 pack of graphic paper, 1 basic calculator, 1 #2 pencil and 1 pencil sharpener

Registration Agreement

I understand that this seminar is for continuing education only in order to enhance my skills in the field of cosmetology and/or barbering and its related fields. This means that I have already been licensed by the state or have completed the necessary training that is required by the state in order to obtain a license.

I understand that the seminar must be paid in full fourteen (14) calendar days before the start of class. If I should cancel, I understand that the registration fee is non-refundable. If the cancellation is less than 14 calendar days I will receive a refund of 50% of the seminar cost, and if less than 7 days the seminar fee in its entirety will be forfeited.

I understand that the seminar must be finished in its entirety in order to receive a certificate of completion. This means that if any classes are missed, I must complete them. If this is necessary, I will be required to pay 25% of the total cost of the seminar for each class missed.

I understand that I will be required to furnish certain materials that are needed for the seminar and a list will be provided.

I understand this seminar is 3 days long (occurring on Mondays and Tuesdays), beginning on November 12, 2007 and ending on November 19, 2007 from 6-10pm for a total of 12 hours.
